Details to follow.

Support is from Paul Lodge. Paul Lodge is a unique mix of musician and professor of philosophy at Oxford University. His songs are informed by his lifelong engagement with music, philosophy, and literature and come from the same place of mystery as those of Bob Dylan, Nick Drake, Bonnie Prince Billie, REM, Peter Gabriel, and Talking Heads.

He has composed over 100 original songs and plays regularly in and around Oxford at venues such as The Old Fire Station, The Oxford Folk Club, Port Mahon, The Library, and Mansfield College (where he performed at a dinner for Hillary Rodham Clinton)

Recent projects include:
1) ‘Cantat Ergo Sumus’, songs inspired by the poetry of philosophers, developed with Oxford band Flights of Helios;
2) ‘Preludes to Wordsworth’, settings of Wordsworth’s poetry which were featured as part of the Wordsworth 250 project organized by Wordsworth’s descendants;
3) ‘Shakespeare in the Alley’, a set of original songs written as responses to Shakespeare’s plays featured at the Oxford Shakespeare Festival in 2018 and performed at the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford.
