DESCRIPTION:At the Waterside Bar\, General Foods Sports & Social Club. OX16 2PA \nOn Sunday\, our MC is Puritans Radio presenter\, who also MCs the Brazenose Fringe over Cropredy week\, Richard Hamilton. \n \nThe opening act is Rebecca Mileham & The October Band. Rebecca plays with Liam Vincent & the Odd Foxes and her ‘band’ is herself on Keyboards\, Gordon Raitt (Guitar)\, Brendan O’Neill on bass and Mark Stevens (Parky) on drums. \n \nThe delightful local performer\, Beverley Gray\, is up next. She is always a popular act at our afternoon events. \n \nWe have another Canal Dweller (and Local Canal Historian) in Ian Staples\, who will probably be seen in Tooley’s Boatyard as well. \n \nMick Bisiker\, who has a close association with the canal\, is next. Mike delighted us with his stories and songs at Banbury Folk Club. \n \nKevin O’Regan\, singer/songwriter turned author\, playing with his long-term associate Kevin T Ward. they have been performing together for a very long time. Expect some great tunes from these two. \n \nRounding off the weekend\, we have Noah’s Cape. Linda Watkins\, Marian Wedley and Mark Neil\, play all over the country and have been popular for many years at Banbury Folk Club. \n \nThere will be a cake stall each day and a merchandise stand which will sell all sorts of CDs and books. \n
